The Be Rare Foundation is dedicated to empowering the next generation of women entrepreneurs and creatives who share our mission of moving women forward. To achieve this, we provide grants to aspiring women entrepreneurs pursuing mission-oriented projects across industries—including fashion, beauty, design, tech, media, entertainment, and the arts.
Inspired by our growing community and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change, we focus on supporting women-owned businesses that not only uplift women but also create a broader social, economic, and environmental impact.
Through professional and community events such as our successful annual women’s summit, A Rare Day, where 100% of proceeds benefit our Rare Women Grant, we have raised and donated more than $60,000 in grant funding to women-owned businesses since 2018.
Grant recipients have included inclusive and BIPOC-led businesses that help women build partnerships, support mental health, develop industry skills, treat eating disorders, preserve culture and community, and advocate for period equity.
